A) Owning an action of Costa Rica Tennis Club S.A.
B) If you acquire the action of a member of the Club must review that it is up to date in the accounting records. In order to transfer an action, it must be up to date on their obligations.
C) Complete the entry form to the Club.
D) Cancel the amount of right of entry in force to date.
E) Submit two letters of recommendation from two active members, up to date on their obligations and who have not been sanctioned. If you do not have any family ties or friendship with any club member, you can provide two credit references.
F) Photocopy of identity card on both sides, or passport of applicant and spouse.
G) Attached to the request, photos of the provisional family card, as well as the certifications of civil status, and proof of any children under 25 years. These will be processed by the club.
H) Physical Person: Proof of income of the applicant: Employee Order or Certification of Income of a CPA.
Legal Person: Copy of the financial statements of the company and three commercial references. Agreement of general assembly or board of directors where the beneficiary is named.
I) Shareholder’s or Beneficiary’s file
J) A card will be issued for two months while the file of requirements is reviewed by the Management Committee of the Board of Directors.
K) If the files are approved it will be notified in writing.
L) With the approval, it is the responsibility of the shareholder to request and know the statutes and regulations of the Club.
M) The shareholder, spouse, and unmarried children under 25 years, will be entitled to use the facilities without any restriction.
N) The parents of the shareholder and the spouse can visit the club without using the sports facilities.
Ñ) If the parents of the spouse or the shareholder wish to make use of the sports facilities, they must pay the monthly fee established by the regulations.
O) The Club does not have service of collector; therefore the payment must be made by automatic charge or bank transfer.
